Ridgeline Deliveries is a Missouri family-owned operating platform formed by David and Kami Perez to acquire and operate FedEx Ground last-mile delivery businesses. The platform is structured as a parent management company supporting independent operating companies — one per acquired terminal — each retaining its own FedEx contract, payroll, and local management team. Kami Perez is the sole owner of every operating company; David Perez serves as Authorized Officer and operating principal. The company's acquisition strategy emphasizes preservation: existing drivers and managers are retained, route counts are protected, and the operations are held for the long term rather than flipped. Ridgeline's first acquisition — a 16-route South St. Louis operating company — is targeted to close in Q3 2026, followed by Phase 1 acquisitions in the Springfield and Columbia metros within the same window. Phase 2 expansion to Sikeston and the broader southeast Missouri corridor is targeted for 2027 and beyond, funded from platform operating cash flow rather than outside equity.
§ 04Executive bios

Short bios for press use.

Authorized Officer & Operating Principal

David Perez

David Perez is the Authorized Officer and operating principal of Ridgeline Deliveries. Owner & Long-Term Steward

Kami Perez

She has owned and operated Summit Eye Care, a Missouri optometry practice, for over a decade — bringing long-term small-business ownership tenure to the platform and serving as the long-term steward of every operating company on it.
