David Perez

David Perez is the Authorized Officer and operating principal of Ridgeline Deliveries. Over the past decade he has founded and led two Missouri operating companies — MYTE Technologies, a managed IT services firm, and Cortex Automations, a software development and AI automation practice — building both into established, contract-driven businesses.

What carries forward into FedEx Ground operations is operating discipline: building durable systems, holding teams accountable to measurable standards, and growing organizations that perform consistently under contract. Ridgeline's acquisition-led model is built on retaining the experienced managers who already operate each terminal — a deliberate strategy to preserve route-level continuity while applying that operating discipline at the platform level.

Kami Perez

Kami Perez is the sole owner of Ridgeline's operating companies. She has owned and operated Summit Eye Care, a Missouri optometry practice, for over a decade — a tenure of small-business ownership that brings the long-term stability FedEx, the drivers we will hire, and our financing partners require.

Kami serves as the long-term steward of each operating entity on the platform. Her ownership structure is intentional: a single, stable owner with deep local roots and a record of running a contract-driven small business well, year after year.

One platform.
Many operating companies.

Each terminal we acquire becomes its own operating company under a parent management platform. The structure protects each business's FedEx contract independently, keeps accounting clean, and lets each terminal's manager run their operation with autonomy.

    A management company at the top

    Ridgeline Management Inc. provides operating discipline, financial reporting, and shared services across every terminal — without diluting the autonomy of the local operating company.

  2. ii.

    An operating company per terminal

    Each acquired operation becomes its own corporation. Independent books. Independent FedEx contract. Independent insurance. Independent reputation with FedEx.

  3. iii.

    Single long-term owner

    Kami Perez owns 100% of every operating company directly — not through a fund, not through layered LLCs, not through a sponsor. Continuity of ownership is the point.

  4. iv.

    Local management retained

    The manager who built the terminal stays at the terminal. They run their operation; we provide platform-level support and capital.
