Our Columbia operating company sits at the geographic center of the platform — connecting the South St. Louis foundation to the southwest Missouri footprint and completing the I-70 corridor coverage that defines our regional density strategy.

We acquire the operation as it exists. Drivers continue on their routes. The terminal manager continues to lead. What we add at the platform level — bonus infrastructure, fleet discipline, HR systems — makes the operation easier to run, not harder. The seller's reputation with FedEx and with the local team is the asset we're paying for. We protect it.
