Our thesis

A delivery businessshould be run likea business.

Ridgeline Deliveries is a regional FedEx Ground service partner platform forming in Missouri. We're building the company to acquire established terminal operations, retain the experienced teams that built them, and invest the capital and operating discipline to keep them performing for the next twenty years.

§ 01Why FedEx Ground

A business that
doesn't notice the cycle.

FedEx Ground contracts pay weekly, regardless of the economy. Package volume has grown every year since the network was built. The work is essential, mission-critical, and recession-resistant in a way that very few small businesses are. We chose this category because the underlying economics reward operators who show up, run a clean operation, and stay for the long term.

Weekly
Contracted revenue

FedEx Ground settles route revenue weekly, by contract.

20+ yrs
Volume growth

Ground package volume has grown in most years on record.

Essential
Service category

Last-mile delivery operated through every modern recession.

Underway
Network 2.0 transition

FedEx Network 2.0 is reshaping the operator landscape now.

§ 02Why Missouri

We live here.
That matters.

Our family is from Missouri. Our existing businesses operate here. The terminals we're acquiring are within driving distance. When a route fails or a driver needs us, the owner is in-state — not a region away.

  1. i.

A real corridor, not scattered routes

South St. Louis, Springfield, Columbia, and Sikeston form a connected operating geography. Density of terminals lets us share management capacity, parts, and best practices across the platform.

  2. ii.

    Established operations available

Several long-tenured FedEx Ground operators in Missouri are at a natural retirement and succession point. We want to be the buyer those operators trust.

  3. iii.

    We're already here

Family in Missouri. Existing businesses in Missouri. School in Missouri. A delivery business with a local owner who lives near the terminal is a different business than one run from out of state.
