Ridgeline inSouth St. Louis.

Our South St. Louis operating company is the cornerstone of Ridgeline's platform — the 16-route foundation acquisition that triggers our Missouri-wide expansion strategy. Anchored in the St. Louis metro with route density along the I-70 and I-44 corridors connecting to Columbia, Springfield, and the broader Midwest.

§ 01The market

Why South St. Louis.

Each market we operate in is chosen for a reason — connected corridors, established operators, durable package volume. The South St. Louis footprint anchors our presence along the I-70 and I-44 corridors.

Target close

First close of the Ridgeline platform.

§ 02Our operation

16 routes.
One operating company.

Target close: Q3 2026 — the platform's foundation acquisition.

Our South St. Louis operating company will be Ridgeline's first acquired terminal — the foundation that triggers our Missouri-wide expansion strategy and the operation we'll continue to invest in for the long term. Additional St. Louis-area opportunities are in our pipeline as bolt-ons once South St. Louis is operating cleanly under the platform.

On day one post-close, the operation continues exactly as it does today under the seller: same drivers, same routes, same scorecard standards, same terminal relationships. What changes for the drivers and the manager is access to platform-level support: a richer bonus program, fleet capital on a real PM schedule, and HR and compliance infrastructure run from above the operating company.

What we commit to at this terminal
  • ·Existing driver roster retained — no day-one layoffs and no route consolidation.
  • ·Existing manager retained, with performance bonus tied to terminal results.
  • ·Quarterly driver bonus program activated within the first quarter post-close.
  • ·AO transition with FedEx executed cleanly, on the timeline FedEx requires.
