Ridgeline Deliveries is a Missouri family-owned operating platform forming around the acquisition of FedEx Ground last-mile operations. The company is being built by David and Kami Perez, with the deliberate goal of preserving the operations we acquire and the teams that built them — and applying platform-level operating discipline to support them for the long term.
The platform is structured as a parent management company with single-owner operating companies underneath. Each acquired terminal becomes its own corporation, with its own FedEx contract, payroll, and local manager. Ridgeline Management Inc. sits above the operating companies and provides shared services — financial reporting, safety and compliance infrastructure, fleet capital discipline, and an acquisition reserve that funds platform growth without diluting equity.
Our first close is targeted for Q3 2026. Two additional Phase 1 acquisitions are scheduled to follow before year-end. We've designed the sequence deliberately, with SBA financing being pre-positioned in advance and the Authorized Officer onboarding process structured to run in parallel with diligence so that the close timeline holds when we LOI.
What we want operators, drivers, FedEx terminal staff, and the broader Missouri logistics community to know: we are not a private-equity flip vehicle, we are not a national consolidator, and we are not optimizing for a 24-month exit. Ridgeline is a family-owned platform built to hold and compound. The driver bonus structure, the manager comp model, and the four-bucket capital waterfall are all designed for an operator who plans to be here in 2036.
