Acquisition pipeline is open.
We're actively reviewing Phase 1 and Phase 2 opportunities across the Missouri corridor.
Ridgeline's acquisition pipeline is open for FedEx Ground operations anchored across the Missouri corridor. We are actively reviewing Phase 1 opportunities in the St. Louis, Springfield, and Columbia metros, and Phase 2 opportunities in the Sikeston region and contiguous southeast Missouri footprint.
What we look for in an acquisition target is consistency — terminals with stable driver tenure, a manager who has been with the operation for years, a scorecard that performs at or above FedEx Ground service standards, and a fleet maintained on a real schedule. We don't acquire turnaround situations; we acquire operations that already work, and our job after close is to keep them working.
What we offer sellers, in writing: drivers and manager retained, scorecard and culture protected, AO transition supported, deal structures we can actually close, no price renegotiation absent a real material finding, no flip horizon. The full version of these commitments lives on the sellers page; the most common seller questions live on the sellers FAQ.
If you operate FedEx Ground routes in Missouri and you're approaching a transition decision — even if you're months or quarters away — we'd like to be on your list. We respond to every direct inquiry and we don't require a broker to talk. We work happily with brokers when a seller is already represented.
The shortest path to a conversation is hello@ridgelinedelivery.com. The most efficient one is reading the sellers page first.
